4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices shown are in the currency displayed on the Site. Prices are subject to change until booking confirmation.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store full payment card details on our servers unless explicitly stated.
• You are responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or other payment charges imposed by your bank or card provider.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

7. Traveler Responsibilities

• It is your responsibility to obtain and carry necessary travel documents, visas, and vaccinations.
• You must arrive at pickup points and check-in times on time. Missed services due to your lateness are your responsibility and may not be refundable.
• You must comply with local laws and supplier rules. Damages or fines caused by you are your responsibility.

8. Health & Safety

Some activities may carry inherent risks. You must disclose any medical conditions that could affect the safety of you or others. Silshine Trip is not liable for medical incidents; you should secure appropriate travel insurance before travel.

9. Content, Intellectual Property & User Conduct

• All content on the Site (text, images, logos) is owned or licensed to Silshine Trip. You may not reuse or reproduce content without permission.
• When posting reviews or other user-generated content you grant Silshine Trip a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content.
